Week 9

I have not killed everything in my garden!

Not everything has made it though…

I have tried gardening in the past and usually give up in the hot months.

My goal this year is actually make it to fall!

I am still doing a nightly photo project.

Lots of plant watching going on. They made a cable car for Super Charged Science! They modified it a bit to balance better and hold passengers.

Sometimes the boys sneak out when I go outside at night…

I finished this girls hair also!

After several hours of work we finished and she promptly went outside to do gymnastics…

I was hoping she would just want to sit and enjoy her hair for a bit.

Guess not.

Week 8

I am behind a week.

I am feeling like the weeks all look the same right now and sometimes that makes it harder to document them.

This week was different at least in that it was our youngest birthday which I did a blog post about.

I have been going out every evening and taking a pic which has been nice. Sometimes I am spied on… Sometimes I wish I still took clients because this light is so beautiful.

It is begging for a photo shoot.

Thankfully Milo puts up with my need for a photo shoot.  I took this shot the day before her birthday.

I have had this tradition for many years now.

She is a character. Lots of “pets” are outside right now.

She said she was swimming in the flowers 😉

Do you feel like the days are blending together?

It helps me notice other things that change like new flowers and longer days so I guess that is a good thing.

Things have started opening back up around here but it all feels different still.

Maybe that is just how it will be from now on.

Little Bit turns 6!

We had planned a big trip for Little Bit’s 6th bday.

We were going to see family and rv for two weeks but all that changed of course with the virus.

We went to Stuart Park near Gilcrease Museum since it is not somewhere we usually go and therefore felt different and little more special. She was just excited to dress up in lots of frills. Love that smile. If her birthday had a theme it would have been koala’s and Egypt.

She is pretty obsessed with both.

After cake and presents she wanted to do a water balloon fight. She then proceeded to run away screaming for most of it…At least all the big kids had fun 😉
