Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge Take 2 ~Okmulgee, OK

I mentioned this trail in this post.

I could not just leave it at that though. I needed to go!

I am so glad I did.

It is a beautiful place.

Why do I not go here all the time?

We went a while ago when my youngest was still a baby.

Look at those little chubby cheeks!

bikeWhen did he get so big?

I love swampy places.

Nice easy path’s.

An animal blind.

We might have seen some if I had not accidentally knocked one of the windows closed with a crash.

Beautiful way to end a weekend.

Days 15-20 ~30day project Nature

Day 15

This is how we see the last bit of light every night.

I was out playing with the boys and could not help but try to capture it before it was gone.

Day 16

Saw this pretty rose while waiting to go on my weekly hike.

Day 17

One of the few plants that has survived me.

Day 18

On a nature walk with my boys.

Day 19

These little guys are everywhere right now!

Day 20

I was staring at this flower while talking to my big sis on the phone.

I decided it needed it’s picture taken.

My Boys and I

Taken by my oldest.

I try to find something fun to do with them in pictures.

That way they actually look forward to them.

Taken by my youngest.

I love handing off my camera to my boys!

They do a great job and it makes it even more fun to get their picture taken when they get to switch back and forth with each other.

He is my little lover.

He loves to snuggle.

This is what happens when you tell two little boys to lay on their stomach and face the camera.

It seemed simple in my mind…

My baby bought me a Gorillapod that works with my big lens!

Now I can get those low shots really easily.

He knows what I need before I do!

I love my youngest in this one.

He really gets into his bubbles.

We do not break out the bubbles very often.

I try to take pictures of something when it has been a while and therefore would hold their interest longer.

Find something fun to do with your kids and start snapping!
