We were forecast snow and actually got it!

My kids were super happy with the close to 6 inches we got!

The snow froze overnight and made the sledding spot super fast!

Even with the snow being hard Little Bit managed to make a snow angel.

I love my yard covered in snow!

As much as I love snow I know that trying to get my three youngest to put on snow gear every day would get super old, really fast.

Trying to find all the gear almost derailed us but we found it. I try to keep my expectations low when they forecast snow for us but this time they were right! And it is beautiful!Living her best life… Group pics are always interesting. Milo loves snow.

I used my 50mm 1.4 for all of these.

I had not used it in a while since it does not work with my new camera but I have missed it.

 

Waiting to go out and play in the snow is hard.

I love capturing little moments like my youngest trying to buckle her snow pants.

I talked them into going into the backyard because the light is prettier.

There is not a giant sledding hill back there though so they did not last long.

I found a pretty spot and basically begged my kids to come over there.

He is my little model dog 😉 I am so glad we got two days of snow!

Definitely worth postponing school for.
