How much is that doggy in the window?

There is a reason that my husband does not even drive near those people trying to sell puppies in the parking lot of walmart.

He knows that I have zero self control around puppies…

This one just happened to drop in my lap though… We have been trying for over a week to find his owners and finally decided he was probably staying. I really did try not to love this little pup but it’s sweetness kind of broke me. So it looks like we are getting a puppy for Christmas!

Broken Cameras, Rentals, and Lakes

My main camera (Nikon’s D600) broke on me over a month ago.

I have been using my old camera (D300s) but we rented a D850 for a week and I am in love!

I just got it yesterday and could not resist going out to the lake to play. My girls put up with my insane picture taking a bit more than my boys. ha Mostly, they were happy I was distracted with playing with the camera so they could launch walnut boats. They actually ask for me to take their picture 😉

Well at least if I take one of their pictures they will.

She hides a lot of sass behind that smile 😉 I have decided maybe renting camera equipment should be my present for every birthday.

So much fun!

Pumpkin Patch

I decided to check out our local pumpkin patch early in the month to see if it was more my speed(I don’t like crowds). We practically had the place to ourselves! It was so much easier to keep track of my kids with no crowd. I like this pumpkin patch because it has a bunch of animals the kids can feed for a very reasonable price. I love that they have made it so easy for families to come and enjoy some fall fun. Some of the goats were super aggressive on this trip which caused some problems with some of my kids. They don’t all handle aggressive behavior well. But look at this cuteness!

They always have lots of babies!

My twins will spend half their time picking up the feed that others have spilled. Llamas always crack me up. They got to help move and feed the tortoises!

Of course I was super worried that Little Bit would drop it!

Thanks Carmichael’s Pumpkin Patch for a fun morning!
