Back and forth

We just go back from an over 16hour trip to Minnesota! Beautiful weather, beautiful scenery and free babysitting. I did not want to leave!

I did learn a couple things from this car ride though:

1. Always bring a book!!! I would have given my two front teeth for an Austen!

2. Remember that you are actually going to be seeing people as you travel. About two hours into the trip I wanted to change my outfit! When did people start dressing up to travel?

3. Earplugs = Survival and sanity. I really wish I had brought some!

4. There were a lot more! I know there were and I kept thinking these are really important to remember for next time…if only they had some sort of writing instrument to document your thoughts. Maybe they could call it pen and paper.

Oh well, they are gone. I hope they come back to me before it is too late, like mile 300.

Sneak Peek from a session I did of my Sister-in-laws family while in MN

BabylukeThis is her nephew Luke, what a cutie!

It’s all fun and games until you have to sit down

My boys were out playing in the beautiful weather we are having right now in Oklahoma the other night. I could have stayed out all night, so gorgeous! Anyway, my oldest got in a little bit of trouble so I made him sit next to me.

He was hopeful when I started taking pictures that he was not really in trouble.introuble

Then he found out he really was in trouble and I am just mean.introuble3

Then he forgot it all when he realized we were sitting in the spot on the driveway that echo’s. echo1
