Beautiful
My Supermen
My oldest boy comes into the kitchen and says, “mom, you call me if you fall in a crack and I will save you!”
Me, “I will be sure and do that”
Falling into cracks in my kitchen has always been a problem for me…but no more.
Because I now have two of my very own superheros.
They have escorted me into stores,
taken me for walks,
and just made me feel safer.
You know, from cracks that I might fall into…
“Or I will break out my mad dance moves”
I am glad my world is now a safer place.
Help! I am surrounded.
I have two boys.
Pink is not even in my vocabulary.
Whenever I decide to become nice and content with my two boys and no girls, I see something really cute and really pink.
Or I have to go to two baby showers in one weekend for baby girls…I need pink.
Baby shower number one.
I even helped setup for this one and made the big pink puff ball.
Cruel really.
Oh and that was all my friend Stephanie’s fault.
She said they were easy to make…
She has girls though.
Her friends did an awesome job on the decorations!
PINK everywhere.
I do not think people should be allowed to invite mom’s of only boys to these events.
That is just mean.
But then when I came home I saw this.
And the world just seemed right again.
So for now you can keep your pink dresses, pink skirts, and pink tights.
I am going to go play in the mud with my boys.
