Still here, still waiting, still trying to get organized. ha
Our internet was down off and on for two weeks.
So I used it as a good excuse to not blog.
Documenting half of my family is getting old.
Really old.
HA!
My plan is to start at the beginning and share month to month how we got here but I am still not sure when I can start that.
I took this of my friend and her daughter at their adoption party last month.
I was glad to go but being around other people not dealing with the same things I am dealing with makes me feel like an outsider.
It is odd.
My life is just different.
Thankfully I have friends who adopt and foster so I don’t feel totally alone.
I have been surrounded by amazing friends.
One day I would like to hang out with them again 🙂

My Hammock broke on me yesterday…
Ouch.
I hung it myself if that tells you anything.
Nick said he was going to hang it this time, I will let him.
The rope I bought to hang it broke.
In my defence it was made for that purpose so clearly not my fault…
Of course it had been frayed for a bit.
If only this big pile of leaves was under the hammock at the time.
May all your falls have soft landings today.
And may you not swing on any hammocks with questionable suspension…
