The boys and I tried out the light at some local swing sets for a session I had coming up.
I am glad they suffered through it for me…
There is a beautiful spot in our yard that needed pictures taken in it.
I grabbed the closest willing kid and set up my camera on the tripod.
These were all taken with a remote.
I have the remote set to delay so I am not pushing the button during the picture.

Mornings keep changing around here.
There was a time when mornings meant a quiet moment with my youngest curled up in my lap.
He rarely does that any more.
He wanted to show me what his man he made out of pipe cleaners could do.
He can play with something simple like pipe cleaners for hours.
I gave him a couple more so he made a fish and fishing pole for his guy.
Of course the fish kept jumping up and attacking the guy.
He plays with a rubik’s cube like it is alive.
The colors talk and interact with each other.
His imagination never ceases to amaze me.
Being a mother is a beautiful thing.
