The closer we got to our adoption date last year, the more I did not like editing photos that I could not share.
So a lot of photos were forgotten.
Including these photos I took when on a trip to the zoo with friends last fall.
Toddlers interacting is so funny.

As a mom and photographer, I always try to get pics of my mom friends with their kids.
We don’t get in enough shots.
I am thankful for flexible friends during this journey.
I took the kids to our church’s campmeeting for the morning services last week.
Which meant our afternoon’s were filled with getting school done(we are doing year round school).
We listened to a lot of audio books going to and from the morning meeting.
Thursday we ended up staying home and some of the kids played in the kiddie pool in the afternoon.
We have a LOT of cicadas right now.
It was a busy week but the kids had service also.
The kids enjoyed their service and I got a break almost everyday last week for an hour or so(which has never happened).
Win win for everyone.
Sometimes Little Bit’s energy really needs wide open spaces after being cooped up in the house during school hours.
I just need the quiet being out of the house brings.
