My girl’s hair has been a learning process but how I love those curls!

I was so happy my youngest son got these shots of me working on my littlest hair!
It is something I spend a lot of time doing so I am glad we have these for later!
I have become a bit addicted to reading in the last month or so.
So much so that other things like blogging and social media kind of fell by the wayside.
ha
I wanted to make sure I shared about the Azalea Festival going on in Muskogee this month though!
We went last weekend and were a little early for most of the flowers but it was still beautiful!
I need gardens like this at my house!
And someone to take care of them…
The cold seemed to keep most people away which is just how I like it.
Ha
They have a Tulip Garden now!
So pretty!
There are so many pretty trees!
Check out more about the Azalea Festival, here.
1. Gloss Mountain State Park
Gloss Mountain takes my breath away every visit!
You can walk along the top although the trail to get there is pretty steep.
It is worth it though for the view!
2. Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge
This place is so unique and beautiful!
If you go April 1st-October 15th, you can dig for crystals!
Go to their website to find out the rules and more information.
3. Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge
Bison and cattle roam this refuge and they have a prairie dog town!
The scenery is a great reason to visit also though!
So beautiful!
4. Talimena Scenic Drive
I love going on the Talimena Scenic Drive in the fall!
So pretty!
Honorable mentions:
Robbers Cave State Park
Fun climbs with some steep drop-offs.
Fun visit if you have some climbers.
Dripping Springs State Park
Pretty waterfall that you can view from the top or bottom.
I love how tranquil this spot is.
Little Sahara State Park
And so many more!
I love visiting interesting spots in Oklahoma!
