Christmas Train~ Dry Gulch USA

I grew up in the era of The Gospel Bill Show and The Gunslinger themed vacation bible school. So getting to actually go to Dry Gulch was like being a kid again! Willie George’s church puts together a great experience for the whole family with the Christmas Train, a western town lined in Christmas lights, lots of people dressed up and so friendly it makes you want to go to their church, a beautiful telling of the true meaning of Christmas and how to make a decision to change your life forever. The boys loved the train, carousel, and wagon rides, all of which are included in the ticket price. The atmosphere was so awesome it made you want to stay forever! You have to buy the tickets in advance and this year is booked but I recommend trying to make it out next year, we have been to many different Christmas programs and Christmas light displays but this was something completely different and I would love to see more events this put together, organized, and right to their purpose!

Julie’s Family

I finally got to take pictures of my friend, they are such a fun family! Awesome family and awesome location! I could take all of my pictures at this ranch, the only problem? Too many choices for locations! I was having trouble deciding where to take the pictures, I could take ten families out there and never use the same background for any of them. The youngest is such a card, I love his huge grin! And the middle boy liked to make faces the whole time! I was cracking up the whole shoot!

Newborn~Benjamin

This is a newborn session that ended with cramming two adults and 1 1/2 kids into a little tiny space to try for a family picture, I think I should do all my family pictures this way, promotes closeness! This baby is not only adorable and my first baby boy! But he is also adored and loved by so many, the dad was just holding him while I set some stuff up and I had to start taking pictures of the pure loving moment of him holding his little son. I think you can feel the love this family shares just by looking at these pictures, I love them!
