Blueberry picking with friends.

My friend was convinced our daughters were going to be great friends.

I was more sceptical since they did not really get along but a year later she was right.

They are great friends.

Little bit was also crazy about the blueberries.

We had the younger twin stay with for a few days this month.

It was a great chance to get an idea of what we would need to know later on when she lived with us.

And she got to spend some one on one time with her little sister.

Little bit was more comfortable around the boys after a month with us so I got lots of cute pics of them together!

We celebrated Little bits birthday a little late.

I was not thinking about her wanting pictures of it until after she had been with us for a few weeks.

I am so glad we did this!

Now she gets to have 1st birthday pics!

Them together makes my heart melt.

Little bit was 1yr old in these.

This was her first hike with us.

She did okay but was still getting used to us so wanted to hold my hand the whole time.

I spent a lot of time sitting around that first month.

Little bit did not like me to be anywhere but right next to her.

Getting to dress a baby girl was totally new to me.

So much fun.

Seriously folks, I practically lived there.

I pretty much ate up those little toes and hands.

I became something of a homebody for the first month.

I did not even have a good stroller for walks for a few weeks and she could not walk well on uneven ground.

She just mostly wanted to sit with me all day.

Which I should have enjoyed more…

I would really enjoy a day of just sitting on the couch and a little one that was not moving all the time.

 Ha!
