He is such a cute little man! In the first picture I liked it but wanted his eyes to stand out. So I cropped it slightly to make sure he was the focus of the picture. Then I lightened it, boosted the contrast and sharpened it a little bit to get the eyes to pop.

I did all of this on a free photo editing software called The Gimp. It is not as user friendly as Photoshop but it is FREE! Also it is open source so it is constantly being improved.

My favorite part is that it is free.

Because I am a cheapskate.
